The award is the outcome of a consumer research undertaken by The Nielson Company in 6 cities covering more than 25000 consumers aided by nominations received from various organizations.

The Loyalty Summit is a unique annual event which puts the spotlight exclusively on Loyalty issues and practices. IndianOil extended its winning streak by taking home the award for third year in a row under the "Oil & Gas" category.
The loyalty awards are the outcome of a combination of Consumer Research undertaken in 6 cities comprising a sample of more than 50,000 consumers. These Awards are governed by a jury from KPMG, who decide the Award Winners in each category on the basis of the survey findings.
