Best Fleet Card Program
IndianOil emerged as a winner as the Best Fleet Card Program during the first Loyalty
Summit in 2008. This award is a result of extensive consumer survey conducted by
third party agencies and nominations. A panel of eminent jury based on the survey
decided the best loyalty program in various categories. IndianOil's XTRPOWER Fleet
Card Program won the Best Fleet Card Program under "Oil & Gas" sector
Asia Retail Congress Award for XTRAPOWER - 2009
IndianOil's XTRAPOWER Fleet Card won the "Best Customer Loyalty Program Award" among
the Reid & Taylor Global Retail Excellence Awards presented by Asia Retail Congress
Asia Retail Congress is a global retail platform to promote, strategize and share
the best retail practices and has a membership of over 60 countries from around
the world. A panel of eminent global jury decides the prestigious award for the
retailer with the best loyalty program.
Despite intense competition in this category from various industry sectors including
FMCG, IndianOIl emerged as a winner confirming the confidence reposed by millions
of fleet customers in a short span of time.
Loyalty Summit – 2009
IndianOil’s XTRAPOWER Fleet Program won the “Best Loyalty Program”
for the second time under “Oil & Gas Category” at the 2nd Loyalty
Summit held at Mumbai.
This award, which has been instituted to honor, recognize and promote brands that
demonstrate the ability to build resilient brands and retain their existing pool
of customers, is a prestigious recognition of IndianOIl’s capability in building

IndianOil did a hat-trick at the 3rd Loyalty Summit Awards by bagging the "Customer
and Brand Loyalty Award"
The Loyalty Summit is a unique annual event which spotlights exclusively on Loyalty
issues and practices and brings together industry practitioners and companies, while
recognizing and awarding the Best Loyalty Program in the country under various categories
which include Consumer Durables and Non Durables, Auto, Retail, Banking, Insurance,
Mutual Fund, IT, Commercial Airlines, Logistics, Oil & Gas, Telecom, Travel and
IndianOil did a hat-trick by winning the award for the third year in a row under
the category "Oil & Gas".
The loyalty awards are the outcome of a combination of Consumer Research undertaken
in 6 cities comprising a sample of more than 50,000 consumers. These Awards are
governed by a jury from KPMG, who on the basis of the survey findings, decide the
Award Winners in each category.

fourth year in a row at the 4th Loyalty Awards in January 2011.
